Came here with 3 friends on a Monday night - packed. Ordered the Aries, pork prawn chive Taurus fried, shredded duck fried rice, sizzling mongolian lamb, and chicken stir fried handmade noodles. I got the Horse cocktail (not very strong but great for me). Prices very reasonable for Newtown and for the sort of establishment it is. Food was pretty good (duck fried rice best in my opinion, and can skip on the handmade noodles). Very loud and noisy so not the best place for a quiet peaceful dinner. Best to book beforehand

We stumbled upon this dumpling place while exploring Newtown and what a fantastic discovery it was! Located on the first floor, be prepared for a bit of a climb up the stairs, but it's absolutely worth the effort. The restaurant had a busy, lively atmosphere, which is always a good sign. The service was exceptionally friendly and efficient; our orders were taken and delivered to our table very quickly. Now, for the most important part: the food. It was absolutely amazing. Every single dish we ordered was delicious, and we couldn't find a single fault. We also loved the creative touch of the zodiac signs on the menu. We ordered a wide variety of items, and despite the large quantity, the bill was very decent and affordable. We will definitely be back again soon. Highly recommended!
We didn’t have a booking and decided to try our luck — and we’re so glad we did! Despite how busy it was on a Thursday night, the waitress was absolutely wonderful. She kindly asked us to wait just five minutes, and the service that followed was truly beyond our expectations. Thank You for your warm hospitality and for making our night so enjoyable!
Went here on a whim after having an incredibly disappointing experience at another local dumpling spot - and I was so happy I did. First things first - it’s up a flight of stairs - and I’m unsure if they have an accessible entrance. Once we got into the restaurant it was absolutely PACKED. The wait staff sat our party of two right away. The staff was phenomenal. I was having a little trough hearing because it was very loud but the staff was so friendly and patient. We ordered drinks and were served almost immediately. Despite being absolutely slammed, our food was out so quickly. The food was incredible. The drinks were incredible. The staff was incredible. And at the end of the night the bill was so much less than we were expecting. I will DEFINITELY be coming back and I will be recommending this restaurant to everyone I know.
We had a wonderful experience here! The food was delicious and the service was excellent. Our server, Marin, was absolutely lovely, so friendly, attentive and made us feel very welcome. She truly made the experience even better. Highly recommend!
This place is super popular and for good reason! We didn’t make a booking but we were lucky enough to be able to get a table. The wait staff were so kind despite how busy it was, especially Amelia. The food was so delicious and great value for what you get!! Will definitely be back again!
